| 0729690641 | 2018-04-09 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead partially fenced and the panels from the south side of the fencing stacked in front of the wellhead. The pumping unit has been removed and the wellhead currently consists of 4.5 production casing and 2.375 tubing equipped with a gate valve and bull plug. The gate valve is closed and the ball valve on the flow line is closed. This well produces to a diked tank battery to the north and is shared by the Chvosta #1 (PN#22934) and was shared by the Chvosta #2A (PN#23098) that was plugged and abandoned in 2005. The battery is fenced and locked and contains three (3) 140 barrel tanks, three (3) 70 barrel tanks, and two (2) vertical separators. The meter run for this well is lying on the ground and out of service. The last commercial production reported for this well was 386MCF of natural gas in 2008 and 70 barrels of brine was reported for 2016 with no gas or oil production for 8 years. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. I spoke with Jeff Moore concerning the non-production from this well and he said he is going to evaluate what needs to be done to get the well back in production or determine if it needs to be plugged and abandoned. He told me that the sales line currently needs work before it can be produced. I asked for an update in thirty days or a compliance notice to plug the well will be issued. |
