I found no evidence of a well or an associated tank battery. This well is listed as producing and has reported production from 1995 to present. A check of records indicates that this well was never drilled and the drilling permit expired on 09/03/1983 without being executed. My field inspection confirms that the well does not exist and I conclude that this well was mistakenly transferred in error as the Moebius #1 (#21330).
