| 1480447210 | 2016-10-05 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection today found the wellhead equipped with 1.5 tubing and operating with the aid of a plunger lift system. The tubing was equipped with a gate valve and the valve was open. The 4.5 production casing valve was closed and the valve on the tubing flow line was open. There is a domestic tap on the 4.5 casing equipped with a regulator and there is an ID tag posted at the wellhead. This well produces to a diked tank battery containing one (1) 210 barrel tank, one (1) 50 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, and the associated meter run. The metering chart indicates a production pressure of 90psi and the required ID is posted on the tank. I found no violations at this time. |
