1750595302 2007-08-13 Production Wells No Violations The Uniontown office received a call from Mr. More (330-819-6929) at 5255 Eberly Road. Mr. More, the neighbor south of this well reported oil on the ground, no ID, and no fence around the wellhead. The complaintant has no connection to the well or the property where the well is located. This inspection found that there was a very small amount of parafin staining near the well. There was ID on the well and fence may or may not be required. The population Randolph Township does exceed 5000. However, the well is fairly isolated with the complaintant being the closest house. I spoke with Mark Smith representing Pursie Pipes. He indicated that they intended to fence the wellhead and seed the area around the well. There are no violations at this time.
