J-Well Services (JWS) was the plugging contractor, Diamond Oilfield was supplying the water, and Petroset Cementing Services (PCS) was the cement contractor. PCS pumped an 8.5 barrel (35 sack) plug to isolate the Clinton Sandstone. JWS pulled the 1.5 tubing (4,136) and ripped the 4.5 casing at a depth of 2,725. The 4.5casing was fitted with a 4x2 reducer and ball valve, and the port valve on the 8.625 surface casing was closed. Operations will resume on Monday August 21st. No violations. |

The bottom was set on 8/18/2017 the 4.5 9.5 lb/ft casing was ripped at 2725. J-Well pulled 5 jts of 4.5 casing 41.3- 205. Petroset established circulation and pumped a 300 big lime plug 2546 to 2246. J-Well pulled 4.5 casing. Petroset established circulation and pumped a 200 surface plug 496 to 296. J-Well pulled 4.5 casing. Petroset pumped a 200 glacial plug from200 to 0. pulled all 4.5 casing and topped well off. The cement kept falling. Shut down until 9/22/2017 I will check top of cement. |

My inspection found the well shut-in and equipped with a 1.5 plunger lift system. The gate valve is closed and the 1.5 tubing and 4.5 production casing flow line valves are closed. An ID placard is posted at the wellhead. The tank battery for this well is shared by the Dennis #1 (23260) and contains two (2) 210 barrel tanks, two (2) concrete brine vaults, a horizontal separator, and meter run. The separator for this well has been removed. The ID signage for each well is posted on the respective tank. I found no violations at this time. |
