The impact appears to be limited to the sides of the tank. I called Mark Smith and asked that they change out this tank as soon as possible.

My inspection found the wellhead equipped with 1.5 tubing and operating with the aid of a plunger lift system. The electronic controls and the motor valve are at the wellhead and a Murphy gauge indicates a pressure of 210psi on the 4.5 production casing. The well produces to a diked tank battery on location and contains one (1) 210 barrel tank and two (2) horizontal separators. A gauge at the separator indicates a pressure of 160psi. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and on the separator. No violations.
