| 0460459809 | 2016-09-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped and operating with the aid of an electric pumping unit. The wellhead and unit are fenced and the access gate is locked. This well produces to a diked tank battery to the east and is shared by the Wallbrown #s 1, 2, and 3 (PN#s 2195, 2193, & 2194). The battery contains two (2) horizontal separators, one (1) 210 barrel tank, one (1) 100 barrel tank, and a shared brine vault. This well produces to a dedicated a separator and the 100 barrel tank. The access ladders on both tanks are fenced and locked and the required ID is posted at the wellhead and tank battery. I found no violations at this time. |
