0967548022	2017-07-17	UrbanProduction Wells	No Violations	Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the well equipped with a two (2) inch plunger lift system. The well is currently shut-in and no production has been reported since the 2014 reporting period. Access to the wellhead is limited to the southwest due to mining operations in all other directions. The tank battery is located southwest of the wellhead, is diked, and contains one (1) 210 barrel tank, one (1) 100 barrel tank, and a horizontal separator. The chart in the meter box was changed on 5/28/2016 and is not recording production. I called Mark Smith (PEP) to inquire about the status of the well. He told me that he was working with the mine operator to get the wellhead lowered or fill in around it so there is access for service equipment. He said he will update me later on the status of the project.
