| 2089105738 | 2016-03-04 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I was on location to check the status of this well after speaking with Jeff Moore (Moore Well Services) who has lowered this wellhead for the sand and gravel operator that is actively mining this area. Jeff told me that a federal inspection of the mining operation found the threads between the 4.5 casing collar and a 4 X 2 reducer slightly leaking. Jeff said that he was called and tightened the connection to stop the leak and wanted to inform me of the problem in case I was called about it. My inspection today found that there is no longer access to the wellhead from this lease road and the tank battery has been disassembled and removed. The wellhead is currently 30 below the original grade at the floor of the pit. I could not access the wellhead at this time. I will need to contact Lakeside Sand and Gravel to gain access to the wellhead. No violations. |
