| 0550510161 | 2014-10-27 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I received a call from Stephen Riley in Columbus (DOGRM) to check the status of permit #23855 that was listed as Final Restoration status but was reporting production. I pulled the well records for this well and permit #3855 which is right next to this and found that permit #3855 was drilled and abandoned as a lost hole on 6/11/92 and there is a verbal plug report in the well file and was witnessed by Inspector Frank Stone. The rig was skidded and permit #3920 was drilled to TD on 7/13/92. This well was plugged back to the Clinton Formation on 2/4/2002. It appears at this time, Belden & Blake began reporting production under the plugged permit #3855 and was subsequently transferred to Enervest on 4/27/07 as was permit #3920. . I inspected the well and both ID signs on location listed permit #3855. The wellhead was equipped with a gas powered pumping unit. A heated horizontal separator was located between the wellhead and tank battery to the south and was fenced and diked. The tank battery was fenced and diked and contained 1-210 barrel tank and a 50 barrel poly tank. I contacted the Enervest field supervisor, Joe Teppirt, and informed him of the discrepancy and I corrected the permit numbers on their ID signs to reflect the correct well #3920. He is going to contact their land department to correct the discrepancy. All reported production for permit #3855 should be placed under #3920. No violations. |
