The well is operating with the aid of a plunger lift system and is equipped with a domestic meter showing 10psi on the gauge. The wellhead is fenced and the Logic controls are operating. There is 75psi on the tubing and 130psi on the casing. The tank battery is fenced, diked, and contains 1-210 barrel tank, 1-100 barrel tank, and a horizontal separator. There is 90psi at the separator and the chart was changed 12 days ago. The proper ID is posted at the tank battery. There is a fenced line heater between the wellhead and tank battery that I measured at 60 from each and meets setback requirements. No violations. |
