The well was drilled in 1993 and has never been placed into production. According to Mark Smith (pumper), the well was sold to Mike Weinsz (M&M Royalty) but apparently never was properly transferred. PEP will follow up with M&M. Mark Smith also said that M&M was planning on swabbing the well so that the landowner can get gas. There are no surface production facilities at this site. The well must either be plugged or placed into production. |
