My inspection found the wellhead equipped with 4.5 production casing, a 4.5 ball valve, a 4 X 2reducer and bull plug with a gauge. The well operates as an open flow swab well and the flow line valve is currently closed. The gauge indicates a pressure of 1200psi at the wellhead. This well produces to a diked tank battery to the north and contains one (1) 210 barrel tank, one (1) 100 barrel tank, and a horizontal separator. The required ID is posted on the tank ladder. No violations. |
