| 2024338125 | 2016-10-25 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check inspection of this urban Rose Run Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead consisting of 8.625 surface casing and 4.5 production casing with 2.375 tubing and a natural gas-powered pumping unit. The pumping unit is equipped with a muffler and the proper ID sign is posted in front of the wellhead. This well was drilled pre-House Bill 278 and based on the location consisting of trees and brush and no occupied dwellings in the vicinity, no fencing or screening is required. This well produces to a tank battery 0.4 miles to the north and accessible on the south side of Brady Lake Road, just past Ravenna Road. The tank battery is shared by the Kent-Carolyn #2 (PN# 24147) and contains two (2) 210 barrel tanks, two (2) 35 barrel poly tanks, and two (2) horizontal separators. The tank battery is diked, the required IDs are posted on the tanks, and there is a domestic tap on the separator for this well. I found no violations at this time. |
