My inspection found the wellhead equipped with 2.375 rods and tubing and an electric powered pumping unit. The flow line valves on the tubing and 4.5 production casing are currently closed and the well is shut-in. This well produces to a diked and fenced tank battery to the southeast and contains one (1) 210 barrel tank, a 70 barrel tank, and a vertical separator with an associated meter run. The chart was last changed on 2/5/2018 and the sales line valve is currently closed. Production records indicate sufficient production the previous two (2) reporting periods and is not in violation of ORC 1509.62. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. No violation. |
