Equity Oil & Gas must post the required identification and emergency phone numbers on this well or the tank battery by the required date.
1788222586	2018-07-31	Production Wells	No Violations	Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped with 2.375 rods and tubing and operating with the aid of an electric powered pumping unit. A gauge on the tubing flow line indicates a pressure of 50psi. This well produces to a diked tank battery on location and contains two (2) 210 barrel tanks, a 50 barrel poly tank, and a horizontal separator. The chart indicates a differential production pressure of 45psi and there is a domestic tap and meter on the separator sales line charged at 8psi. The required ID is posted at the tank battery. No violations.
