1523887714 2018-04-06 Production Wells No Violations Follow-up to Complaint #5816 concerning erosion in an agricultural field on location. It was determined on 3/23/18 that the erosion occurring 600 east of the lease road was not caused by oil & gas activity at this site. I met on location today with Regional Supervisor Tom Hill and Cedar Valley Field Superintendent Tim Cosma. We walked the lease road and discussed the instability issues along the road both north and south of the low drainage area that are causing sedimentation. The lease road is shared by Cedar Valley and Northwood Energy Corp. for access to the wellheads on this property. Tim agreed that the furrowed areas of unbound soil and rock on both sides of the road need to be graded out and seeded. He is willing to work with Northwood to address these issues and agreed that the road should not be driven on during the spring thaw out. This work should be done when the area dries out in May or early June. I have spoken with Northwood about the issue and they will meet with me on location at the end of April to go over what needs to be done. I will continue to follow-up on progress when the work begins.
1528300541 2018-06-06 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped with 2.375 rods and tubing and operating with the aid of an electric powered pumping unit. This well produces to a diked tank battery to the south at the lease road entrance. The battery contains one (1) 210 barrel tank, one (1) 100 barrel tank, and a horizontal separator with an associated meter run. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. The lease road is now stable and the erosion issues in the agricultural field (not oil & gas related) have been mitigated. No violations.
1573559560 2007-07-31 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The drilling pits have been closed. No violations at this time.
