A check of previous inspections indicated that Bob Worstall passed preliminary restoration on 8/26/10, but it has not been updated into RBDMS. My inspection found that the wellhead and tank battery were fenced and diked and the proper ID sign was displayed on both. The gates were locked and the tank battery contained 1-100 barrel tank, a 50 barrel tank, and a horizontal separator. The well was operating on a plunger lift system. The area around the well shows no signs of drilling impact and is planted with grass. Preliminary restoration is approved. No violations.
