| 0982834853 | 2018-12-13 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the lease road gated and locked and in stable condition. The wellhead is diked, fenced, and screened and the man door secured with a lock. The well is equipped with 2.375 tubing and rods and an electric powered pumping unit. A Murphy switch gauge indicates 60-70psi on the tubing. This well produces to a diked, fenced, and locked tank battery at the top of the lease road. The battery contains one (1) 140 barrel tank, one (1) 100 barrel tank, and one (1) 70 barrel tank. The well produces through a horizontal separator in the battery and a gauge indicates 60psi on the vessel. The chart in the meter box indicates a differential production pressure of 40psi and the sales line is tied to a Dominion Roots meter run inside the battery. The 140 barrel tank is equipped with a sealed hatch with a charcoal filter and lightning arrestor on the vent line. Identification is posted at the wellhead, the tank battery, and at the lease road entrance. No violations. |
| 1107120474 | 2012-08-17 | UrbanPreliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to check the restoration status of the location.
