2022861652 | 2019-03-28 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | At the request of the operator, a pressure test was completed on this well. This well consist of 1590 feet of 4.5 inch 10.5 # casing that was, in used condition, when it was installed. The 1590 feet of 4.5 inch casing was installed on 11/14/2018 and 150 sacks of Class A cement waspumped into well. A latch down plug was used and at the time of the cementing of this casing.Fresh water was used to displace the cement and plug was successfully set. A pressure test of 800 PSI was used to test the integrity of the casing and the plug. Cement was witnessed at the surface at that time. The requirements for testing this casing was a minimum of 318 PSI for at least 30 minutes. Testing was witnessed on 3/28/2019 and 325 PSI was installed for testing purposes. After 30 minutes there was no drop of pressure and the pressure was released. Additional operational testing was done later that day and 1500 PSI was installed with no drop of pressure after 20 minutes. |
