| 1348509665 | 2012-09-21 | Orphan | No Violations | At the time of my inspection cleanout operation were underway with a cable tool rig and a 5.5 bit. The well has 8 drive casing to the bedrock and 6 surface casing to around 350. The Big Lime in this area starts at about 30 an ends around 300. The rest of the well is an open hole completion to around 1200 in the Trenton formation. The surface casing has failed and fresh water has been in the well for many years. The shale formations around 700 have swelled shut and are caving in. The first bridge was around 650 and now have encountered another at 700. A barrel of oil was bailed off the top of the fluids at the beginning of cleanout with no other oil evident after that. No gas has been observed on the well. |
