2003599492 2012-04-12 Production Wells No Violations Well added to RBDMS in October of 2012. At the time of my inspection the well has 8 drive casing, 6 surface casing with a casing head, 2 tubing, rods, and a Jones pumpjack with anchor. There are no production lines, shackle lines, or tank batteries the lease. The 6 surface casing has appeared to fail and fresh water has entered the wellbore. Recent rain in the area has caused the wellbore to fill and oil to leak from the well out of a 2 opening in the casing head. The oil covers an area of about 20 square feet and the farmer has installed a valve to stop any further leaks. A temporary earthen dike was also put around the well by hand to help contain any future leaks. I also did an Idle & Orphan Well Review and Referral.
