The RBDMS record shows this wells last year of production was in 1998 for 934 MCF of gas. The record also shows there was no production reports recorded from 1999-2003 and zero production from 2004-2015. The tank battery consists of one 100 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and a domestic gas connection with a closed valve. The tank battery has no dike and the area around the tank battery is being used for storage - i.e. stacked lumber, brick/ blocks and pipe. This well presently is incapable of production. Consequently, this well shall be plugged in accordance with Ohio Revised Code section 1509.12(B). The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Shawn Murphy at 3575 Forest Lake Dr., Ste. 150, Uniontown, Ohio 44685 within 30 days, per OAC 1501:9-11-05(B), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied.
I did speak with Rusty Morrison (Viking) about this well. He advised me Viking Resources was planning to produce the well once it can be connected to an Enervest sales line which is near the well. |
