| 0314584292 | 2014-03-18 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location to confirm wellhead coordinates and resolve discrepancies between the GIS and RBDMS databases. A plot of GPS coordinates versus the databases found that the RBDMS point plotted 2700 east of the actual and 25 SE of PN#22983 (Flintkote #14). GIS plotted 50 NNW of the actual location. Wellhead is equipped with an electric pumping unit. There is no ID posted at the wellhead and there is a domestic meter with 8psi on the gauge. The tank battery contains 1-210 barrel tank and 1-100 barrel tank. I could not find a separator or gas production unit associated with this well. The ID at the tank battery is worn off and not legible. The battery is diked, but has been cut through the side and would not be able to contain a release of oil or brine. I will notify the Stark County Inspector of my findings. |
