| 0505272375 | 2017-11-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | I did a status check inspection on this well after Ashley Raff received a phone call from Bob Whaley (Enervest) about a flowline leak. The leak was estimated at three barrels. I arrived on location and met with Bob Whaley. J-Hawk well service was on location finishing vacuuming the oil and other fluids. The affected area is ~ 54 ft. X 15 Ft. Pete-sorb was spread to soak up any remaining oil & fluids. The well is equipped with a pumpjack. The tank battery consists of t steel production tank and a vertical separator. There is a domestic gas connection at the tank battery. The well is legibly identified. A follow-up inspection will be done on a later date to check clean-up. |
