I previously spoke with Tom Vosick (M & R), He advised me he did not know the timeline for this well to be plugged. |

The record shows two Plug and Abandon permits were issued for this well on 06-16-1984 and 01-09-1985. The well last produce in 1984 for 18 barrels of oil. There is no Annual Production Report submitted for 2017. I did not locate a tank battery for this well. The well is not legibly identified. This well is idle. Consequently, the well is in violation of Revised code 1509.062 and shall be plugged in accordance with Ohio Revised Code section 1509.12 (B). The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Shawn Murphy at 3575 Forest Lake Dr., Ste. 150, Uniontown, Ohio 44685 within 30 days, per OAC 1501:9-11-05(B), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied. |
