The tank battery is surrounded by a dike, is properly identified and contains a 210 BBL production tank, two horizontal separators, concrete brine vault and chart box. Viking Resources, LLC has aknowledged that this well is watered out and not capable of production. |

I have contacted Viking Resources and they have stated that this well is watered out and not producible. This well is incapable of production and shall be plugged per Ohio Revised Code 1509.12(B) within 180 days. |
