0127800147 2017-08-01 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check inspection on this well. The well is equipped with a pumpjack with a gas motor. The tank battery consists of two steel stock tanks, two vertical separators, a partially inground concrete brine vault and a meter. The tank battery is shared with wells 151-23059 & 23058. The tank battery is legibly identifed but the well is not. I contacted Bakerwell and spoke with Rex Baker. He advised me the well would indentified by Friday 8-4-2017.
