| 1525732391 | 2016-08-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check inspection of this well to follow up on the mitigation of a stuffing box leak which spilled ~ 25 gallons of crude oil on the ground. The stuffing box leak occur on 08-01-2016 and Fred Romeo (Emergency Operations Coordinator) responded. My inspection found the stuffing box had been repaired. The contaminated soil was removed, replaced and graded. The well is equipped with a pumpjack and has reported production for 2015. The tank battery consist of one 100 barrel tank, two in ground concrete vaults, and a vertical separator. |
