1152046742 2016-10-04 Final Restoration No Violations I conducted a final restoration inspction of this well. The well location is behind a residence which has a fence with a dog in it of unknown temperment. The well was plugged on 11-17-1981 and Inspector Samuel Manson witnessed the plug job. I could not see any visual evidence of the well or any production equipment. The is no evidence of active erosion and site is stable. The final restoration is passed.
