I met with Jeff Phile and Sanford Nisly of Atlas America at the location of the release (40.76793 81.14008). Clean up was in progress. The release was contained in a drainage ditch and extended 300 to the east of the source. Oil booms were in place at both ends of the drainage ditch and a siphon dam will be constructed at the east end of the release. |
