The pumpjack has been removed and the well is shut-in. The well last produced in 2014 for 5 barrels of oil and 1570 barrels of brine. The diked tank battery consists of a 100 barrel tank, a steel brine tank, two horizontal separators and a meter with a paper chart. The well is not legibly identified. I left a message at 540-322-5437. This well presently is incapable of production. Consequently, this well shall be plugged in accordance with Ohio Revised Code section 1509.12(B). The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Shawn Murphy at 3575 Forest Lake Dr., Ste. 150, Uniontown, Ohio 44685 within 30 days, per OAC 1501:9-11-05(B), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied. |
