1348846131 2012-09-12 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Jonathan Krabill called the Uniontown office regarding several concerns with a compressor station and wellhead on his property. I called the landowner (cell 330-224-3154 and home 330-875-0997) and inspected the Compress No. 3, Krabill Compressor Station, and Krabill LD Comm No. 2 (#3607) on September 12, 2012. Mr. Krabills concerns included the following;

1. Methyl alcohol ploy tank at compress number 3 has no signage and valves are not locked or secured 2. Compressor No. 3 building is not secured and people have been trespassing on the property, entering the building, and removing materials. 3. Compressor No. 3 building has high noise level. Is there any noise mitigation that can be done? 4. Krabill no.2 wellhead has area of staining, directly east of the wellhead, and corn will not grow. Weeds seem to grow okay but not crops. I called Woody McDaniels (330-877--903-4782) returned my call and stated Enervest Operating LLC has tried to work with Mr. Krabill and address his concerns since March of this year. Enervest offered to install a gate limiting access from state street and Mr. Krabill did not want the gate installed. I called Dave Claus to discuss this situation and he recommended I schedule a meeting the Enervest and the landowner to resolve the issues stated above. I called and left a voice mail message with Tim McConaha.

2099326847 2002-11-22 Production Wells Violations Noted The Uniontown office received a call from Rick Miller with Stark County Air Quality concerning a complaint from Mr. Jonathan Krabill (330-875-0997) about a recurring gas odor problem at his farm on State Street in Nimishillen Township. Wells in the area are operated by both Great Lake Energy and Belden & Blake. Both companies also operate compressor stations on the Krabill farm. The companies were contacted and informed of the problem. Great Lakes reported that their system was functioning properly. Mr. Keith Kerstetter with Belden & Blake indicated that a drip tank at the compressor was leaking and affecting a drain tile. The leak was repaired. Mr. Krabill was contacted and informed of the problem and the remedy and was asked to contact MRM if the problem occurs again.
