The fenced in tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a vertical mechanical separator and house gas connection. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. This well has not shown production since 2011 and at this time is incapable of production. Employees on location stated that they have not received gas from the well for a year and were told that the well will be plugged. They have not been able to contact Enervest and no application for plugging this well has been applied for. They would like the well plugged and equipment removed so that they can develop the land for horse boarding. This well shall be plugged. |

The wells location , tank battery and lease road have been reclaimed to the approximate original contour of the surrounding land. The area is very well vegetated and stabile. It is currently being used as pasturing ground for horses being stabled at the Pegasus Farm. The final restoration for this well is passed. |
