The well is located in Plain Township in the Bob-O-Link residential development in North Canton off Applegrove Road.
I contacted Dave Decker (Landowner 330-933-2357) and advised him I was in route. Prior to arriving I checked Ohio Oil & Gas well locator and it showed the lease road lined on both sides with trees. When I arrived the trees bordering the Decker property had been removed by the landowner. My inspection found the lease road was not eroding nor contributing to offsite sedimentation. I met with Mrs. Decker on location, spoke with Mr. Decker over the phone and advised them there was no enforceable compliance issue with the lease road. |
