The lease road is graveled and leads to a pumpjack well in good mechanical condition with all required gauges. The tank battery is shared with wells #24169, 25351 and contains a two (2) 210bbl production tanks, poly brine tank, two (2) vertical separators and meter box. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike and contains proper I.D. signage. The tank battery, wellhead and roadway all conform to spacing requirements. Vegetation has not been established on location and additional dirt work needs to be completed. The pumpjack well does not have a belt cover. I have contacted Enervest and requested one to be installed. At this preliminary restoration has not been passed and I will perform a follow up inspection. |
