This inspection was conducted to gather information for Complaint #5334 received on 05-20-2016 concerning oily residue in the water. Two other wells were also inspected and they are as follows: 34-151-23867-0000 (Glasalee #2) & 34-151-25510 (Farkas #1). I contacted Kyle Fink (Enervest Foreman) and he had the 8 5/8 surface casing exposed prior to the inspection so the annulus pressure could be checked. We met with Brandon Thompson (Enervest Pumper) on location. - the Annulus pressure was recorded at 200 psi. There are no visual issues noted with the wellhead or tank battery at this time and the well is producing. |
