1485073566 2007-10-01 Production Wells Violations Noted I received a request from Erica Freeman for a field review of this well. There is 1-210 bbl oil stock tank and 1-buried brine vault at the tank battery. The brine vault is full and the lid of the vault is broken open at the south end. The separator and the stock tank are rusted and there is no I.D. sign. There is a rusted and overgrown pumping unit without a motor at the wellhead and no I.D. sign. The last reported production was in 1995. The well is idle and needs to be produced, plugged, or sold. I will contact Ed Eyster (330-936-3700 or 330-936-3600).
1493923825 2017-04-26 Final Restoration No Violations I conducted a Final Restoration inspection on this well. My inspection found the pumpjack pad being used to support a large steel buffalo sculpture. The tank battery location has been landscaped . The lease road is being used in part as an access to out building and the rest of the lease road is graded, vegetated with no active erosion. The Final Restoration is passed.
1628156074 2010-05-04 Final Restoration No Violations This well was plugged and abandoned on 6-16-2009. The site has been reclaimed. I am waiting on a land owner waiver for the flow line and the pumping unit pad. I did not pass the Final Restoration at this time.
2060260154 2008-10-02 Production Wells No Violations I received a call from Bob Schnabel (property owner) on 10-1-08 regarding a gas leak at this well and its current status. I inspected the well on 10-2-08 and observed a gas leak located around the tubing at the top ring of the well head. I called Ed Eyster and informed him of the leak and questioned him about plugging the well. He plans on plugging the well. I called Bob Schnabel and informed him of my conversation with Ed Eyster. Bob Schnabel wants to purchase the well and will contact Ed Eyster about a price.
