The lease road is a mowed grass field leading up to a plunger lift well with a house gas connection in good mechanical condition. The well is surrounded by a fence, but one end of the fence is broken and open. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike and contains a horizontal separator and 100bbl production tank. The identification sign is torn and is not legible. This well is commercially producing. I have contacted Moore Well Services and requested the fence around the wellhead be fixed and proper identification be posted. I will perform a follow up inspection to ensure the work is complete. |

Met with Mr. Halco regarding the status of this well. He said that Moore Well Services is producing the well and that he is getting royalty checks. I inspected the wellhead and tank battery. There were NO VIOLATIONS. The well showed pressure on the gauge and there is a Moore Well Services I.D. sign on the stock tank. Took a GPS on the WH and on 1-100 bbl tank. I recommend that the former N.O.V. and complaint be RESOLVED. |
