The lease road is stable and located within a new residential development. The lease road leads up to a fenced in tank battery with a dike. The tank battery contains a 210bbl production tank, 50bbl brine tank and horizontal separator. The I.D. signage is not legible. The well is a pumpjack that is fenced. The stuffing box on the pumpjack is currently leaking a small amount of gas and fresh oil is present around the wellhead. I have contacted Dough Beighle of Enervest informing him of this and to have the stuffing box fixed, the well cleaned up and proper identification posted. I will follow up on this well to make sure the work is done. |
