Inspector Claus called Great Lakes Energy and was told that the well was being serviced and informed Mrs. McKean. 9-3-02 Inspected the site. Everything looked in good condition except for the stained soil around the stock tank and brine valve. There was also an uncapped PVC drainage pipe in the west side of the tank battery dike. Remove the stained and brine contaminated soil from within the tank battery dike and place a removable cap on the PVC drainage pipe or completely remove the PVC drainage pipe. |
