I contacted Troy Wells of Enervest (330-571-2310) and asked him to have a pumper head to the location and grade out the lease road and lay some additional stone onto the rutted and muddy section of the lease road. |

Complainant states that the access road is not being maintained and that the company is making ruts on his property. The access road starts off on his neighbors property and goes into his. He said the part that is not being maintained is on his property. He would like an inspector to come out and inspect the access road and area. During my inspection I found the lease road to be graveled and in good condition from the road, past the tank battery and to the beginning of the complainants property. Once the lease road reaches the landowners property the lease road turns to dirt and mud. There are several sections that are impassible due to rutting and deep pools of mud and water. I contacted Enervest employee Mike Burkhart (330-989-7294) and informed him of the concerns. Enervest will be sending a crew to work on the lease road and will contact myself when the work is completed. |
