The well is not on his property. He said the fencing needs fixed. The lease road is a shared multiple residential drive. The well is a plunger lift well in good mechanical condition, surrounded by fence post, but no fence and contains proper identification. The well is currently shut in and contains an Enervest lock out tag from employee Jim Kramer. The tank battery is located off a residential driveway. The tank battery is shared with well #24741. The tank battery contains a 140bbl production tank, 100bbl production tank, two (2) 50bbl brine tanks, house gas connection and two (2) horizontal separators. The tank battery is properly identified, is surrounded by a partially eroded dike and a wood plank fence. The fence is in disrepair and missing many planks. The fence has collapsed in and is sitting on the separator. I have contacted Doug Beighle of Enervest to discuss their plans for the removal, rebuild or replacement of the fence. A follow up inspection will occur when a plan of action for the tank battery has been agreed upon. |
