1434988732 2015-06-30 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to perform an inspection of this production well. The lease road is a shared residential driveway and is graveled. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike and contains two (2) 210bbl production tanks, two (2) poly brine tanks, horizontal separator and a chart box. Only one poly brine tank is in use and the other is full of fluid and not connected to the production system. One of the 210bbl tanks is currently leaking oil down the side and has impacted the stone inside the dike. The poly brine tank in us is leaking oil on the backside near the valve and outlet fittings. The tank battery does not contain any identification. The pumpjack well has staining on the wellhead and the ground around the wellhead. A 50bbl tank is located next to the pumpjack to inject water down the casing. I field tested the water around the wellhead for chlorides using Hach Quantabs and the chloride levels are 469ppm. There are oil soaked rags around the wellhead and inside the dike. There are several buckets inside the dike that have oil sitting in them. I have contacted Troy Wells of Enervest and required the leaking fittings and tanks be fixed, the oil stained soil removed and the oil soaked debris removed from the location. Any free oil or brine must be cleaned up and identification must be installed. I will follow up in one week to ensure that the work has been completed.
1436977088 2015-07-15 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to follow up on cleanup work completed on this well. The two (2) 210bbl production tanks and the two (2) poly tanks have been removed from the tank battery and a new 210bbl production tank and poly brine tank have been installed. The spills and stained soil inside the dike and around the wellhead have been cleaned up and new stone installed inside the dike. Identification has been posted on the 210bbl tank and on the mechanical separator. The oil soaked rags have been removed from the tank battery and disposed of. The dike around the tank battery has been rebuilt and new valves and flowlines installed on the equipment inside the dike. At this time the require work has been completed and there are no violations at this time.
