He has had no variations in his gauge measurements that might indicate a tank leak. The brown vegetation located near the south end of the dike has been killed by weed killer. There was no brine crystallization observed. Rick Simmers and I will continue to monitor this site. |

Prior to meeting with Mr. Barson, I contacted Tim McConaha he advised me the site had arlready been cleaned up. My inspection found the wellhead area had been cleaned and I advised Mr. Barson there were no violations at this time. I gave Mr. Barson my contact information. Complaint #5366 can be closed. |
