I inspected the site on 4-27-11 and met with Stretch and Wayne who were finishing the remediation. The polished rod liner had slipped and allowed oil to spray from the stuffing box. Oil flowed along the lease road for approximately 180. The remediated area was 180 long and 30 wide. All the oil was cleaned up and the release area has been seeded and mulched. |
