On the morning of the acid job (3-21-11), a slight trickle of fluid flow was observed coming out of the open valve on the 8-5/8 dia. wellhead from the annular space between the 4-1/2 dia. casing and the inside of the 8-5/8 dia. casing. The well treated at 2600 psi and there was no affect on the trickle of fluid flow. The well was fraced on 3-24-11. Mike called me after the frac job. The trickle stopped during the frac job and resumed after the job was completed. A 50 psi pop-off valve will be placed on the annulus. |
