| 1334410616 | 2015-11-24 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to pass preliminary restoration for this well. The lease road is gravel and stable. The location is gated and surrounded by a fence. The well has been stimulated but is currently shut in. The fence, tank battery and wellhead are all properly identified. The tank battery is surrounded by a steel dike and contains twelve (12) 400bbl production tanks. The location contains disassembled production equipment and a gathering line. The location outside of the production pad has been reclaimed with vegetation established and no erosion control issues. The wellhead, tank battery and roadway all conform to spacing requirements. Contacted Enervest Utica foreman Tom Vosick and he stated Enervest has the well shut in because it needs a 9 miles pipeline installed to produce the well. At this time there are no violations and preliminary restoration has been passed. |
