0637227097 2012-06-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Pep Drilling was drilling the 11 surface hole on fluid. They were at a depth of 732. The permit was displayed in the doghouse and an operators sign was posted at the site entrance. The pits were fenced with temporary fencing and silt fence was in place along the border of the location. There were no leaks or spills around the drilling equipment and there were no sags or tears in the pit liners. No violations at this time.
1340897638 2012-06-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I conducted an inspection of the drill site while on location to witness the cementing of the 8-5/8 surface casing. The permit was displayed in the doghouse, there were no leaks or spills around the drilling equipment and there were no sags or tears in the pit liners. No violations at this time. See casing report for details of cement job.
1562573551 2012-06-28 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to witness the pressure test on the blow out preventer - BOP. Pep Drilling Rig #2 pressured up on the BOP to 500 psi. The pressure was held for 15 minutes with (0) zero psi bleed off. The BOP passed the pressure test.
1895563701 2019-03-27 Final Restoration No Violations My inspection found no visual evidence of this well. There is no evidence of active erosion at the well site. There is a plugging record dated 7-13-12 in the completion report. The well location is being used as cropland. The Final Restoration is passed.
