0295427286 2012-12-10 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I inspected the drilling operations at the Schmucker E 2 (34151258180000) site on December 10, 2012. The drilling contractor for this well is PEP Drilling Inc., rig number 10. My inspection found an operator sign at the entrance to the site. The access road is graveled from Paris Avenue to the well site. Silt fencing is in good condition. The working pit and blow pit are located to the south of the wellhead; soil berms are being utilized to isolate the pits. The working pit has 5 feet of free board and the blow pit has 3 feet of free board. The pits are cordoned off with safety fencing. PEP is drilling a 7.875 inch borehole and the current depth is 2289 feet. The blow out preventer and rotating air head are in place and PEP is drilling on air while soaping. The cellar is lined. The blow out preventer was tested and held 500 psi for 15 minutes without a loss of pressure. Herb is the driller on duty. A copy of the permit is located in the dog house. The Berea Formation was wet but did not make lots of water.
0768739485 2015-09-29 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I was on location to pass preliminary restoration for this well. The lease road is gravel, stable and has a gate. The electrically driven pumpjack has all required valves and gauges and is identified. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike and contains a vertical separator, 210bbl production tank, poly brine tank and a chart box. The roadway, tank battery and wellhead all conform to spacing requirements. The wellhead and tank battery are properly identified. The location has been reclaimed and vegetation has been established. At this time preliminary restoration has been passed.
